Enjoy a three-tiered tower stacked with dry-aged sliders, bourbon-glazed ribs, truffle mac and cheese, and more. The experience is perfectly paired with a Lot 40 Maple Old Fashioned – a rich, spirit-forward cocktail crafted with Canadian rye and pure maple syrup.

Take in panoramic views of the North Shore Mountains and YVR’s airside action as you raise a glass and cheer: three tiers for Dad!

For younger guests in attendance, a special platter will be available with a selection of kid-friendly favourites.
